Dredd has performed for some of the largest crowds in the DMV. His dance nights, and guest spots at DC's most notable parties are legendary at this point, and his events are described as "experiences" that people never forget.
Dredd is also a former restaurateur who opened DC's first sit-down modern vegetarian restaurant, Vegetate. The restaurant was praised for its use of local and seasonal produce, sustainable practices, and the elevation of plant-based cuisine.
The Washington Post calls DJ Dredd "Washington's foremost Princeologist,"—stating that no DJ in Washington is more associated with Prince's music. Dredd is the architect of the long-running Prince dance parties in DC that have spanned over two decades.

For almost three decades, DJ Dredd has hosted unforgettable Prince-themed dance parties, celebrating the music and legacy of the iconic artist in Washington, D.C., bringing together fans and music lovers alike. These events have been held at iconic DC venues like the Black Cat, and the 9:30 Club. Dredd has also facilitated discussions on seminal albums by Prince at The Eaton Hotel's A2B vinyl listening and storytelling events.
